Do i still need the Beta client?
Hey since im going to pick up the retail guild wars today, can i still get the ingame exclusive item even if i uninstall the beta thing? I hope all i have to do is put in my pre order code when the retail asks for it? how does it work exactly? How do they know that i get the special in game item? by my email?

since the install instructions say nothing about uninstalling the old i simply followed the instructions to put in the cds and everything seems fine
there was an immediate 25+mb download over the cd install and i got another 2.4 mb download this morning as well |

I wanted a fresh install, so i decided to uninstall, and reinstall from the CD's.

Yeah same here. I did a fresh install, and everything seem to be going good.
